After the bad weather cancellation two weeks ago, 40 S2 pupils from the Nicolson Institute finally arrived at Lapwing Lodge after a long journey from Stornoway.
Once we headed to our rooms, unpacked and made our beds, we met for some hot chocolate and started our egg-streme challenge.
We split into 5 teams, created amazing French team names and began our rounds. With a geography round, a mentor round, lots of mini challenges and a music and language round, we had lots of fun.
We made balloon animals, swung tights on our heads and even wiggled Jaffa cakes from our foreheads to our mouths.
We are now in our rooms getting ready for bed and have a very busy day in store for tomorrow! Nous l’attendons avec impatience.
