Yoga, Language and Celebrations

This morning we had our usual breakfast buffet and scrambled eggs for breakfast and then had a yoga session with Thomas to get us ready for the day.

We had our final language project this morning. Some of us learned all about celebrity jobs in French, some of us learned how to describe superheroes in French and their powers and some of us learned all the ingredients and cooking instructions to make biscuits in Spanish.

We had some yummy pizza for lunch and then it was time for our adventure or survival activities. One half of the group took part in high ropes, archery and trail biking. The others were building shelters, making fire with flint and steel, cooking stick bread and taking part in Thomas’ rope assault course. It was a very busy afternoon of fun!

This evening we had a barbecue for dinner with plenty of burgers for everyone!

Then it was party time! We danced our hearts out to chart songs and some old classics. We had limbo, played some party games and had our own photo booth. We loved celebrating our last night at camp.

To finish the night, we had a campfire with obligatory songs and marshmallows.

We’ve had an absolute blast this week and are looking forward to seeing our parents and carers again tomorrow. À demain! ¡Hasta mañana!
