A sunny day at Loch Lomond

This morning’s lessons focused on reporting the news in our foreign languages. Most of the groups read articles and learned about speaking in the past. They were then challenged to create their own camp newspapers. The stories are incredibly interesting – from Beyonce visiting Articulate to a zombie attack and a camp mobile phone thief.

This afternoon, the campers had the chance to choose between a high ropes course at Loch Lomond or visiting the Aquarium. The visits were lots of fun! Some of our amazing sporty campers completed the high ropes course in no time!

Since the weather was so good, we stayed at Loch Lomond for a while and paddled in the water. What luck we had with the weather!

Tonight we had a very competitive camp quiz. There were geography, music, language, film and mentor rounds and a huge ‘well done’ to team Ashmardrew for coming first!

Finally we enjoyed a campfire with plenty of marshmallows and singing. We sang a last Happy Birthday to Eddie who had his birthday today on camp. We hope he’s had a great day.

Tomorrow will be our last full day at camp and we have lots to pack in! We are looking forward to another day full of action.
