An aquatic adventure

This morning we had our lessons in a lovely little cafe by the beautiful Loch Lomond. Then we had the chance to go water skiing on the loch. We started by learning on the bar and then moved on to the rope behind the boat. It was challenging but most of the campers managed it!

For those who didn’t want to get too cold and wet, there was the option to go out on the loch on a pedal boat. It was a great way to see the ‘bonnie banks of Loch Lomond’.

We had a picnic lunch with a little bit of football and then headed back to the camp for warm showers. After a little break, we headed on a beautiful woodland hike in the mossy forest. It was stunning, but a little bit muddy.

After some delicious lasagne or macaroni cheese for dinner, we had a murder mystery evening. In the style of Cluedo, the campers had to work out the weapon, room and murderer. They completed the challenges and found the clues. A huge well done to the winning team who have won Thomas as a slave for the day tomorrow.
