In the afternoon, we were outside on a forest adventure. We played ‘camouflage’ in the woods, went on a scavenger hunt and built super houses with sticks, leaves and moss. Kara poured water over our houses to see if they were waterproof and it was funny. Then Thomas made a fire and we cooked bread. When it got too rainy, we went indoors and made some superheroes. Katie’s superhero was the best and she won a chocolate bunny.
This evening, we couldn’t have a campfire because it was raining. We’ll reschedule for another night. Instead, we decided to sumo! It was so funny and there was lots of falling and tumbling.
It’s been a busy day filled with lots of English, French and fun. We can’t wait for tomorrow and cooking day! It’s going to be great.
